A Hyderabad development can have one marketing name but several phases, registrations and delivery schedules. Seeing a genuine TG RERA number on a brochure is only the start of verification.
Before booking, establish whether that number covers the specific phase, tower, land and flat being offered. Registration for one part of a development is not evidence that every later phase is covered.
